On February 10, 2019, the Women’s Jewelry Association (WJA) India, launched a coffee table book, “Designers of India” .In a first of its kind initiative, Women’s Jewellery Association (WJA) India unveiled a book featuring 15 designers, encapsulating their journey into the glittering world of Jewellery. The book, titled WJA Designers of India, was launched by Nirupa Bhatt, president WJA India.
The 15 designers featured in the book are: Archana Jain, Bhairavi Shah, Kapila Bhutta, Gitanjli Sahijwaala, Krishma S Jain, Kirtee Shah, Laksh Pahuja, Meghna Bag Dass, Priti Bhatia, Priya Kaur, Rashmi Coprum, Soni Amin Shirin, Tejal Jhaveri, Shrusshti Sharma and Vijay Soni.
The book was sponsored by Shridhar Exquisite Jewellery, Chain N Chains, Jewellery Youth Forum (India), Mukti, and Nish Jewels, and was edited, designed and printed by Spenta Multimedia Pvt. Ltd.
For me personally, it is a sense of achievement to be a featured designer in this Book Launch. It is a testimony for the passion and creativity. Last but not least , meeting renowned achievers from this Industry like Nirupa Ma’am , Prernaa Makhariaa and my 14 other co-designers has helped me grow and the connect it brings together provides a lot of positivity to Women Entrepreneurs like Myself. A huge shout out to the Power of Women and to WJA for being a platform for this cause.
